DATA-View is a fast and easy to use PC Based Graphical tool path verification utility that includes an NC file editor. DATA-View can quickly load large NC and STL files. Configuration is just a click away with integrated help and intuitive setup Screens. DATA-View also supports DXF exporting of the cutter path data.

Graphically View and Verify your NC Tool Path!

DATA-View allows you to verify the cutter path by processing the tool path as the CNC would. DATA-View executes all motion as well as Canned Cycles, M & G Codes, Spindle Speeds, Tool Codes, and feedrates. See potential errors and suface violations before they end up on your part.

DATA-Link Serial Port Communications Module

DATA-Link Mid Program Start

DATA-Link allows the user to start the download in the middle of the program. DATA-Link scans the program and tracks the status of the Spindle, Coolant, Tool Changes, M & G codes and then creates the necessary NC codes. The user can also manually enter a safe Z axis retract point for positioning prior to the selected start point.

Add the DATA-Link option to DATA-View and add real time DNC capability. DATA-View allows you to see the data in real time as it is being transferred to the machine - both the text and graphic display show the current execution point.

DATA-View STL Module

View your STL Files!

DATA-View STL module can read both ASCII and Binary STL model files. This module enables viewing of the STL file along with single or multiple cutter path files. Now you can see the bigger picture... the complete part!

STL Tools Include:
  • View the solid model
  • Overlay the cutter path on top of the solid model
  • Overlay multiple cutter paths
  • Offset tool geometry by Tip of Tool or Center of ball
  • Convert Binary STL files to ASCII STL format

The DATA-Optimize module vector analyses the NC tool path file, embeds accleration and deceleration points to produce a faster and smoother running machine.
